整机性能特点

轮管机也叫竹节管机，滚槽机，主要用于金属竹节管加工，广泛应用于生产置物网架、货架、衣柜架等的立柱圆管、五金家电、照明灯饰、家居装饰、工艺品等领域。

该设备采用液压油缸定位，电机驱动旋转，机械齿轮传动和PLC微电脑控制，结构紧凑、运行平稳、维修方便、加工精度高，操作简单，只要将圆管放入两轧锟间即可，是管类美化加工的理想设备。

也可根据客户需要，根据金属管尺寸，各种规格竹节管的节距和凹槽形状，特殊定制机器和轧轮模具及滚刀。

operation stable,convenient maintenance,high precision,simple operation:only need to load the round tube into the two rolls,then OK.It is an ideal e for tube beautification processing.

According to customer needs,different size of metal tube,different bamboo joint pitch and groove shape, also can produce the machine specially with different rolling mould and channeling cutter.
